EverBank Stadium is a world-class multi-purpose stadium located on the banks of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville. Undergoing renovations in both 2014 and 2016, the stadium experience at EverBank Stadium has been rated among the best in major sporting events.
The excitement of the game will be the same, but many aspects of a gameday experience in-stadium at EverBank Stadium will reflect new practices to keep everyone as safe as possible during the game. Your health and safety, along with that of our players, coaches, and personnel, is – and always has been – priority number one.
New protocols are in place when coming to our stadiums to enjoy a seamless experience – from the parking lot and turnstiles, to the concourses and ultimately, your seats.
Like each player on a football team, you play a key role. Because these protocols require everyone’s cooperation and teamwork, we’ve set out these guidelines to help make this a great gameday for all.
Parking & Arrival:
Arrive early! Construction around the sports complex will impact traffic patterns on game day. Have your mobile parking pass ready before entering an EverBank Stadium Lot. Guests are encouraged to arrive at lots 2 hours prior to kickoff for minimal delays.
Parking Lots open at minimum 4-hour prior to kick
Parking passes are completely mobile for the 80th Annual TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Please have your pass downloaded and ready!
All stadium gates will open two hours prior to kickoff
Clear Bag Policy & Prohibited Items:
Be clear – EverBank Stadium is a Clear Bag facility!
We strongly encourage guests to not bring any type of bag to the game.
Guests are permitted to carry a clutch, bag or wallet no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, a one-gallon clear plastic bag or CLEAR bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″. All other bags are strictly prohibited.
All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search (including by walk-through magnetometers, magnetic wanding, and/or pat-down) upon entry into the stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, the City of Jacksonville, ASM Global and their respective affiliates and agents. If ticket holders elect not to consent to the searches they will be denied entry into the stadium without refund.
Fans may not check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either store their prohibited items in the Atlantic Self Storage Fan Lockers, take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and the stadium partners are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
Mobile Tickets:
Guests are recommended to have their own mobile ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: At our self-scan ticket kiosks, guests will:
SCAN for secure digital tickets (moving barcode)
TAP for tickets if being accessed from a digital wallet
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
We’ve empowered our fans to make sure the gameday experience remains safe, family friendly and enjoyable. Guests are required to follow Everbank Stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct. Violations will not be tolerated and guests may be ejected without refund and loss of ticket privileges.

SMOKING & TOBACCO POLICY
Smoking, vaping and the use of any tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all locations inside EverBank Stadium. All smoking and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited from entry. Guests will be asked to either store their items in the Atlantic Self-Storage Fan Lockers, take the items back to their vehicles or dispose of the items at the entrance of the stadium. Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
No guest re-entry will be permitted.
CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS
Cash will not be accepted for any purchases at EverBank Stadium. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google and Samsung Pay.
Those with cash needing to convert to card can visit the nearest Guest Services Booth for assistance. Guest Services Booths are located at Sections 102, 123, 144, 410 and 436.
All ATM’s have been removed from the premises.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
EverBank Stadium has a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. Guests choosing to leave the perimeter gates after entering on game day will not be granted re-entry.
ALCOHOL POLICY
For the safety of all guests:
All persons who order alcohol will have their ID checked each time they order
No person will receive more than two alcoholic beverages per ID presented at the time of purchase
Each double cocktail counts as two drinks
Vertical and horizontal IDs are accepted
Alcohol service will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter
FIRST AID
First aid stations are located at Sections 123, 410 and 436.
The stadium’s onsite medical team will be prepared to treat guests on-site. Bandages are available at all Guest Services Booths.
Please note that medical teams are not permitted to administer over-the-counter drugs. Select over-the-counter drugs are available for purchase at Daily’s Stores.
